It was during my formative years that I was bestowed with the opportunity to become a student ambassador with People to People—an organization that would forever change my perspective on the world.

A Dip into British Culture

Imagine being a teenager, far from home, and suddenly immersed in the enchanting culture of the United Kingdom. For two unforgettable weeks, I explored the rolling hills of Scotland, danced to Irish folk music, and marveled at the architectural wonders of London. It was during this experience that my love for cultural immersion truly blossomed.

Academic Pursuits: From Texas to Tennessee

As I embarked on my journey through higher education, I decided to pursue my passion for travel and tourism management. My educational pursuits took me from the Lone Star State of Texas to the picturesque landscapes of Tennessee. Along this academic adventure, I developed a deep understanding of the logistics that power the global travel and tourism industry.

Studying Abroad: Costa Rica and Fiji

College was also a time of globe-trotting for me. I ventured into the lush rainforests of Costa Rica, where I learned about sustainable tourism and the importance of preserving our natural wonders. From there, I hopped across the Pacific to Fiji, where vibrant island culture left an indelible mark on my soul.
